Many seasonal periods fill our lives. Some are short. Others are long. Once we have completed the task for which we have entered (whether allowed or directed), we will hear the Voice speaking within us saying, “Ye have compassed this mountain (place, situation, assignment, etc.) long enough: turn…“
When we hear this Voice during these seasonal periods, it requires us to respond in obedience or we take the risk of missing the opportunity to engage in the great conquests of life intentionally planned for us. We are to respond in faith knowing that if there is a command, then there will also be provision for the journey. God’s ever-abiding presence will be with us to ensure a successful journey will take place. Therefore, we should respond in gratitude because we have been chosen to represent the King here on earth among His creation when we truly understand that He is not obligated to choose us, but has done so on His own accord.
This is a joyous moment in life. This will be a humbling moment as well. This is a moment wherein we will be able to gain greater insight into Who He really is as He will continue to reveal more of Himself to us in response to our obedience, faith, and gratitude.
