Numbers 20:24 (KJV) “Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah.”
As a human being, we know that death is certain (Heb. 9:27). Its everyday occurrence causes us to face our humanity. However, as Believers, it is the portion of our life’s journey for which our inner man longs (Phil. 1:21-24). But what do you do when God is telling you that your death is imminent?
If you have not already done so, you must begin to prepare that your life properly for the transition. Place your affairs in order. Ensure that you have consulted God about finding a suitable replacement for you after your death. Should God delay Jesus’ coming, the sheep must not wander without a shepherd. Therefore, you need to establish leadership. Ensure that God’s plans are in place so that the mission continues and does not cease upon your death. Always keep in mind that we all must pass and go the way of all the earth one day.
Genesis 3:19 (KJV) “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”
