John 8:32 (KJV) And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Speaking the truth is not always popular. Although people may ask you to be truthful, what they really mean is “tell me my version of the truth”. It is sometimes a struggle when a person wants to communicate something that will be beneficial to the life of a close friend or a loved one and that person is only receptive to what what they want to hear. It almost makes you want to give up. I know I feel this way. About life. About relationships. About current events. About sociopolitical issues. About religious issues. Just life in general.
The one thing about knowing and embracing the real truth is that it brings freedom along with it. There is no longer any need to hide from anything or anyone. Being vulnerable is not always a negative thing. Salvation from the opinions of humanity is worth the price that must be paid.
